Tie & Timber LLC
North American Tie and Timber is a privately owned company founded in 2003. Our senior management group has over 125 years of combined experience in the railroad and timber industry. Our treating plant, completed in late 2020, is strategically located in Scott City, Missouri, and is one of the newest and most environmentally friendly in the industry.
In addition to our treating plant, we have longstanding partnerships with treating plants in Arkansas and Oregon. This allows us to supply customers across the county with hardwood and softwood (Douglas Fir) products.
Our goal is straightforward. To provide the best product available, coupled with exceptional service. We want to be the company you ALWAYS want to do business with. A safe working environment for all our employees is also our top priority. We value honesty and integrity in all aspects of what we do.
We service Class 1 railroads, Regional/Shortline railroads, Contractors, Brokers, and Industry.
We are proud to be affiliated with the Railway Tie Association, the National Hardwood Lumber Association, the Southwestern Hardwood Manufacturers Club, and multiple other industry-related groups and organizations.
